Appointment Deposits

Your time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure this, a non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This deposit will be applied to your service total, with the amount tailored to the treatment selected.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for 24-hour advance notice if you need to adjust your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24-hours beforehand or no-shows result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as each reservation is a dedicated commitment of our time and expertise.

Late Arrivals

In consideration of all our clients, arriving late may shorten your treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cosmetic Teeth Whitening

• This is a cosmetic teeth-brightening service. The products used are over-the-counter cosmetic products, and the process is self-administered by the client. Results are cosmetic only and may vary. This is not a dental procedure, it does not replace dental care, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or alter dental or oral conditions. For dental concerns or clinical whitening, please consult a licensed dentist.

 

Payment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Prestige Beauty Lounge, we value your time and ours. To provide the highest level of service to every guest, we kindly ask that you review the following policies:

💳 Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, debit, cash, and approved Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers.

BNPL is available on select services and packages of $ 400+.

All payments made through BNPL are non-refundable and remain subject to our cancellation and no-show policy.

For guests paying with cash, Zelle, or debit, a cash price may be available.

⏱️ Cancellations & No-Shows

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For BNPL transactions, if you cancel late or no-show, your scheduled installments will continue as agreed with the BNPL provider, and no refunds will be issued.
