Do I need to book an appointment, or are walk-ins welcome?

While booking ahead secures your preferred time, we’re always happy to accommodate walk-ins when possible. Feel free to stop by, relax, and let us take care of you.

Why is a deposit required when booking an appointment?

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied to your total service cost and ensures your time is set aside exclusively for you. The amount depends on the service selected.

What happens if I cancel late, don’t show up, or arrive late?

We ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may also require rescheduling, and your deposit will not be refunded.

Is cosmetic teeth whitening a dental procedure?

No. Our whitening service is a cosmetic treatment only, using over-the-counter products that you self-administer. Results are cosmetic and may vary. It is not a dental procedure and does not replace dental care. For clinical whitening or dental concerns, please consult a licensed dentist.
