Payments Options
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers, including Klarna and AfterPay.
BNPL is available on select packages of $500+, subject to provider approval.
All payments made through BNPL are non-refundable and remain subject to our cancellation and no-show policies.

Late Arrivals
Every appointment is designed to deliver a curated, high-quality, results-driven experience. In order to honor the flow of our day and provide each guest with the full level of attention they deserve, punctuality is essential.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled service.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as beginning a treatment late compromises both your results and the experience of the guests booked after you. If your arrival time prevents us from safely or properly performing the service, the appointment will be treated as a late-cancellation or no-show, and 100% of the service fee will apply.
This policy ensures we maintain the standard of care, professionalism, and luxury service environment that Prestige Beauty Lounge is known for. We appreciate your understanding as we protect both your time and ours.
Deposits, Cancellations and No-Show Policy
Your time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure this, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or failure to show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. By booking you agree to this policy. For BNPL transactions, if you cancel late or no-show, your scheduled installments will continue as agreed with the BNPL provider, and no refunds will be issued.
After-Hours & Private Appointment
At Prestige Beauty Lounge, we believe luxury is not just a service — it is an atmosphere, an intention, and an experience curated with absolute precision. To protect that experience, Sundays and Mondays are reserved exclusively for private, by-appointment-only sessions.
These quiet days are intentionally set aside for clients who desire the highest level of discretion, uninterrupted attention, and a more intimate environment. The lounge is fully dedicated to you — no foot traffic, no overlapping appointments, no outside interruptions. Just elevated beauty, refinement, and complete focus on your transformation.
Because these appointments require dedicated staffing, extended availability, and full facility access, a premium rate applies to all Sunday and Monday bookings. Full prepayment is required to secure your private session.
