Your time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure this, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. No-Show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. By booking you agree to this policy. For BNPL transactions, your scheduled installments will continue as agreed with the BNPL provider, and no refunds will be issued.
